A warm, unhurried brand for a product that takes the stress out of travel. Here's the logo, the colours, the type, and how they fit together.
Eight petals round a yellow centre. On light backgrounds the petals are espresso; on dark backgrounds they're white. The centre is always daisy yellow: it's the one thing that never changes.
Drawn on a 24-unit grid, so it's crisp at 16 pixels.
The logo files are ready to use as they are.
Where colour isn't possible (embossing, a single-colour print), use the one-colour marks: espresso or white.
A palette from late afternoon on the road: roasted espresso, warm cream, terracotta, and the daisy's yellow. Mostly cream and espresso, with colour used sparingly so it means something.
These combinations meet WCAG AA for body text. Daisy yellow is for highlights on dark backgrounds, never for text on light ones.
Fraunces, a soft, old-style serif, for headings: friendly, a little literary, like a good travel guide. DM Sans for everything else: clean and very easy to read at any size. Both are free (SIL Open Font License) from Google Fonts.
Headings and the wordmark. Use the italic, in terracotta or daisy, for one or two words of emphasis.
Body copy, buttons, navigation, and labels. Regular 400, Medium 500, and Bold 700 for small capitals.
Fully rounded buttons; one terracotta primary per view. Cards have generous padding and soft shadows on light backgrounds, and a hairline border on dark ones.
A swipeable day-by-day itinerary.
Changes land as a notification.
Pages alternate between espresso and cream (or linen) bands, so a long page reads as a series of chapters. The header follows: it reads the band beneath it and switches between dark and light as you scroll, frosting once the page moves.
Over a dark band: white petals and light text (data-tone="dark").
Over a light band: espresso petals and dark text (data-tone="light").
Warm, clear, and quietly confident. We write for busy operations teams and for travellers who may not love their phones. Australian English, sentence case, and plain words.
